After a guided visit of the cellars, guests then work with the chef on 3 dishes for in a cookery session lasting approx.. 2 hours in the winery’s Welcome Room. 

The dishes are selected with the chef prior to the session and may include a starter, a pasta-based dish, a meat based dish or a dessert. 

The room is equipped with professional kitchen apparatus and the chef also provides aprons, recipe books and all instruments needed to cook with. 

Once the dishes are ready, participants are invited to take a seat and enjoy the food. 

The Food & Wine Matching expert will then present and explain the best wines to match the dishes prepared.
