100/150 meters a.s.l., of morainic origin with calcareous, clayey and gravelly soil.

Beginning of October.
Vinification:
Soft pressing after destemming. Fermentation in steel tanks at a controlled temperature. Fermentation in steel tanks with frequent immersion of the skins into the must to extract polyphenols. Once the malolactic fermentation is over, the wine is bottled and get ready to be going to market.
Organoleptic description:
Deep ruby red.
Fine tannins, elegant, floral. Fruity aromas such as raspberry, blackberry and cherry.
Full-body and pleasantly harmonoius in he mouth. Long finish. Drink now. Excellent.

Pairing:
Excellent with hamburgers, baised shrot ribs, spicy cajun jambalaya and filet mignon. Also delicious with cold cuts, pasta and medium-aged cheeses.
