Slow Food pays tribute to rosé wines

Thursday 18 July at the restaurant Noi Restaurant in Bergamo Slow Wine offers an evening dedicated to rosé wines, along the lines of the 100 Dinners for Slow Wine evening, aimed at all Italian conduits.

A selection of the “Best 100 Italian rose wines” will be offered for tasting. The protagonists will be six labels: Piedmont: Torraccia del Piantavegna Barlàn, Colline Novaresi Rosato, Lombardy: Cascina Belmonte Costellazioni, Valtenesi Chiaretto (Daily Wine), Veneto: Monte del Frà Bardolino Chiaretto, Marche: Fattoria Le Terrazze Pink Fluid, Abruzzo Tiberio Cerasuolo d ‘ Abruzzo, Puglia Castel di Salve Santimedici Rosato (coin, Daily wine). The aim of the evening is to re-focus on this typology, which is too often misunderstood in our country, but which is experiencing a real renaissance in the rest of the world.

The evening supports the Slow Food Gardens in Africa project: create 10,000 good, clean and fair gardens in schools and schools African communities means raising awareness of the new generations of the continent on the importance of food biodiversity, favoring access to healthy and fresh foods to a network of conscious leaders of value of one’s land and culture.
