Veneto has a very rich cuisine, certainly influenced by the historical importance that the region has had over the centuries and by the variety of crops and farms that alternate throughout the territory. To this we add the great variety of wines which, like the food, depending on the areas and valleys, give unique aromas and fragrances on the international scene. We present here the tour of regional wines and flavors made of excellences of the peasant tradition. “A food and wine experience with all the trimmings” as we like to call it, surrounded by the beautiful panorama of the Garganega vineyards.

– Tasting of three wines: Custoza Superiore Ca’ del Magro DOC (3 glasses Gambero Rosso), Valpolicella classico DOC, Amarone della Valpolicella Classico DOCG.

Upon your arrival, you leave for a welcome in the forecourt of the company and then move on to the tidy and well-kept vineyard that surrounds it. After showing you the sustainability techniques that the company has been applying for many years in respect of nature, we continue in the refining rooms where the ultraviolet lamps sterilize the environment every night allowing a long and safe rest of the grapes away from bacterial loads. Quality has always been a prerogative of our family. It is obtained through cryomaceration techniques during the fermentation of the grapes in the tanks and sterilization techniques that allow the reduction of the sulphite content within the products.

Tour of regional wine and flavors

At the end of the guided tour we will make you sit down to begin a food and wine journey made up of three courses and three wines. The experience is offered in our internal room overlooking the barrel cellar. The menu, based on three cold dishes, varies between the platter of delicious cold cuts and cheeses, the tastings of Villafranca puff pastries or the Valeggio rose cake, the variants of horse in the form of frays, bresaola and sausage and the salad of bovine nerves. A path that also leaves room for vegetarians with many other appetizing variations. To accompany the dishes there will be three wines representative of our family. Tell us your intolerances or preferences in order to offer you the best gastronomic experience tailored to your needs. The menu may undergo variations depending on the seasonality of the products.


The visit is for lovers of good food and good wine. The experience is available, on some days, even in the evening. Consult the calendar and check availability.
