For Easter weekend, Monte del Frà is offering a special experience dedicated to the pairing of wine and chocolate, designed to celebrate the arrival of spring in the morainic hills of Lake Garda.

After a short stop in front of the vineyard with a glass of our 2016 Colombara IGT vintage wine, there will be a 20-minute tour of the winery. The tasting will then begin, during which we will discover how wine evolves over time as the vineyard prepares for a new season.
Spring is, in fact, the time when nature awakens: the buds begin to develop and the vines slowly resume their vegetative activity after their winter rest. This transition between past and future will be recounted through a tasting journey that combines young, fresh wines with great wines that have undergone long aging.

The experience includes a guided tasting of four wines from the winery:

🍷 Spumante Rosé Picia – elegant and delicate, perfect for opening the experience with fresh, springtime notes.

🍷 Cà del Magro Custoza Superiore DOC 2023 – one of the winery's signature wines, an expression of the morainic hills and their extraordinary aromatic complexity. Awarded three glasses by Gambero Rosso for 16 years.

🍷 Valpolicella Ripasso Classico Superiore 2020 – an older vintage to better understand the intensity of Valpolicella. A captivating, structured wine that embodies the elegance, balance, and tradition of the Valpolicella Classica region.

🍷 Amarone della Valpolicella Classico 2018 – an older vintage of a wine that brings Italian tradition to the world. Here, Amarone expresses all its depth, elegance, and ability to evolve over time.

The wines will be accompanied by a selection of four hand-painted artisan chocolates, created by chocolatier Liudmila Pascurova – Lucrea Chocolate, creating a surprising dialogue between aromas, structure, and sweetness.

In addition, there will be the opening of a small jewel egg hand-painted by Liudmila to appreciate her artistic work inside the Zola Predosa workshop.

This is an elegant and convivial experience to enjoy the winery in a special way, between stories of the territory, tasting, and creativity.
