For our lime-marinated chicken tacos with mango sauce, we’ve found the perfect match: a Bardolino DOC red wine.

With its red fruit notes, freshness, and light body, this Bardolino DOC wine beautifully balances mildly spiced dishes. The combination of lime and mango adds a sweet and tangy touch, which, when paired with the wine, creates a harmonious and flavorful experience from the first bite to the last.

Pro tip: During the summer months, serve your Bardolino DOC at 12-13°C (54-55°F) for an even more refreshing tasting experience !

Nurtured by the gentle climate of Lake Garda, the Corvina, Rondinella, and Molinara native grape varieties — also found in Valpolicella — come together to create a fresh, aromatic wine with fruity and floral notes.

The Bardolino DOC Monte del Frà is produced from vineyards surrounding the estate. Further south, beyond the classic Bardolino area, in the Sommacampagna subzone, an old vineyard rooted in morainic soil, showcasing its unique character.
