WALK IN THE VINEYARD

WHAT IT INCLUDES:

- Approximately 2:30
-hour walk through the winery vineyards with Elena, an expert environmental guide followed by an hour of wine tasting (total event duration: 10:00 am to 1:30 pm)
-Histories and legends of the area told during the walk with the theme "Sego della Vecia"
-Wine tasting at the end of the tour lasting about 1h: 3 wines + food pairing.
- Possibility to participate with your own dog.

DETAILS:

Meeting time 9:45 a.m. in the square in front of the Monte del Frà Winery Wine Shop for attendance check and initial welcome.

Scheduled departure at 10:00 a.m. with free "experience parking".

Elena, your environmental guide will take you on a tour of the surrounding area by introducing you to the history of Custoza through the ancient legend of the "Sego de la Vecia," a story about a mischievous "vecia" who stole chickens and "pulsini" from the town's farmers.

After about 2:30 hours of walking with no elevation gain, it is planned to return to the winery at 12:30 pm.

Here you will be able to taste the 3 most representative wines of the winery with gastronomic pairing. The event will end at about 1:30 p.m.

In this event you can taste our olive oil available at the wine shop of the winery. The tasting has a duration of about 1 h and includes the story of the winery and the wines being tasted.

RESERVATION REQUIRED

The walk with a stroller is not possible. For small children, the use of a baby backpack is mandatory.

CLOTHING:
Appropriate for the experience. This means comfortable clothing appropriate for the season, hiking shoes or otherwise with non-slip soles, backpack, personal water supply. Recommended: waterproof jacket and/or waterproof cape, sun hat and sunglasses.

BAD WEATHER:
In case of bad weather, the winery will determine within 24 h prior to the experience the feasibility of the experience and will provide a full refund if necessary.

DOG PARTICIPATION:
It is possible to participate with one's own dog in the hike as long as this is communicated at the time of booking. The participant will undertake to bring with him/her the necessary to ensure the safety of other people and any other dogs (leash and/or muzzle or similar). The participant must ensure that he/she does not cause damage or disturbance to things, people or animals and flora. Failure to notify the participant of the dog's participation at the time of booking may provide for the exclusion of the participant from the excursion without refund.
