When nurtured by the waters of Lake Garda, the native Veronese grape varieties found in the Bardolino area give life to a fresh, fragrant wine with fruity and floral notes. The Monte del Frà rosé wine is made from grapes grown in the vineyards surrounding the estate. The Merlot grape, combined with the native Corvina variety, creates a wine of great elegance, easy to drink, with an extra touch, thanks to a special winemaking process that enhances its freshness.
The 'Ega are crisp wines, low in alcohol, created for young wine lovers in the making. 'Ega Rosato is obtained from the Corvina, Rondinella, and Merlot grapes and is crisp, fruity, and light without neglecting the essence of its territory.
An excellent summer aperitif with friends. It pairs well with pizza, Italian appetizers such as prosciutto and melon or caprese, charcuterie boards, pasta, Asian and French cuisine, white meats, and fish in general, barbecue dishes, and vegetarian cuisine.
To drink immediately.
White wine with brief cold maceration in contact with the skins for 24 hours. This is followed by separation of the free-run juice, which is 20% of the pressed grapes, and static decantation. A long fermentation in steel at a controlled temperature.
