A secret preserved in the post-glacial pedological matrix, with parcels vinified separately in a meticulous zoning process that has led Monte del Frà to master the Art of Blending and become synonymous with Custoza worldwide.
A delicate but versatile sparkling wine and a typical Chardonnay. The Frattino is perfect for picnics in the countryside and everyday meals. The nose combines floral notes of hawthorn and green apple, followed by a dry and savory style.
The perfect aperitif, it pairs well with appetizers and savory croissants, shrimp cocktails, fried chicken, Chinese and Thai cuisine, and lake fish.

Soft pressing and fermentation in steel at a controlled temperature, followed by sparkling wine production in autoclave.
