At the origin of it all are the vineyards of Custoza. Morainic hills with unique characteristics and a thousand facets. A secret preserved in the post-glacial pedological matrix, where the plots are vinified separately in a meticulous zoning process that has led Monte del Frà to master the Art of Blending and become synonymous with Custoza worldwide.
The 'Ega are crisp wines, low in alcohol, created for young wine lovers in the making. 'Ega Bianco is obtained from the Garganega grapes and is crisp, fruity, and light without neglecting the essence of its territory.
The perfect aperitif, it pairs well with appetizers and savory croissants, pasta dishes, and lake fish.
