The vinification, harvesting, and wilting take place in San Pietro in Cariano, a modern structure with air-conditioned wilting premises able of controlled wilting of up to 300 tons of grapes. Thus, we can preserve the crispness and elegance of every single grape and ensure that technology becomes a tool to unfold the complexity and elegance of a true Valpolicella wine.
The Amarone Classico DOCG Casa Capitei is the voice of the Valpolicella, risen by a robust, unique, and antique vineyard on extraordinary soil. Its complex and genuine personality delivers an immediate, outstanding experience and stands for exceptional longevity.
