It all started with the Custoza vineyards embedded in a unique post-glacial moraine landscape. The soil's parcels are vinified separately, along with a meticulous zonation process. Eventually, Monte del Frà mastered the art of blending and has become synonymous with Custoza worldwide.
Its name derives from a traditional Venetian game called "Scianco". This perfect union of Garganega, Tocai Friulano, Trebbiano Toscano, and other secondary grapes gives life to a delicate and pleasant sparkling with fine bubbles and notes of green apple, pear, hawthorn, and citrus fruits. Lively and fragrant, the Charmat-method Scianco is the sparkling quintessence of Custoza.
Excellent as an aperitif, perfect with fish and appetizers of cold cuts and cheeses.

White wine with soft pressing and fermentation in steel at a controlled temperature, followed by sparkling wine production in autoclave.
