With their morainic soils, the tender hills of Lake Garda shelter the estate and our vineyards with Garganega grapes. A morphologically unique environment that speaks through unique wine with great minerality and crispness.
The path to creating this long-living Garganega from Custoza was a passionating challenge that found fulfillment in 2006 thanks to an antique vineyard in Oliosi. We applied the taglio del tralcio, a technique where we cut the fruit root to concentrate the grapes' characteristics after they have reached maturity. The time in steel vats and the slow, low-temperature fermentation unveil a complex wine with notes of saffron and hydrocarbons on the finish-a luxurious wine that allows reinterpreting the style of Custoza.
