"Wine and Chocolate" is Monte del Frà's signature tasting in cooperation with the maitre chocolatier Liudmila Pascurova. It offers an interesting meeting point between the worlds of wine and artisanal chocolate to create an intense and memorable experience for all those who wish to delve into these two products of Italian excellence.
This is a gustatory "adventure" that condenses two months of technical study between Monte del Frà winery and Liudmila Pascurova to find surprising pairings between local wines and high-quality chocolate.

The experience starts with a private guided tour of the cellar (about 20 minutes). It follows the tasting in our art gallery room. The experience will take 1.30 hours in total.

The wines offered will be:

- "La Picia" Spumante Rosè
-Cà del Magro Custoza Superiore Doc
-Valpolicella Ripasso Doc
-Amarone Classico Docg

They will be paired with four types of chocolates made to enhance the scents of the wine thanks to the combination of beans from all over the world.

With the support of a guidebook, an illustrated graphic placemat, and the help of our expert sommelier, guests will be taken step by step through the tasting to get the best tasting experience possible.
